Who subscribes

Any B2B service that wins by reaching new businesses early.

The register tells you who is starting up. What you do with that is your edge.

Insurance brokers

Public liability, workers comp, and fleet cover are legal requirements before most companies can trade. New registrations are your highest-conversion prospecting window.

Mortgage & finance brokers

New company directors need business lending, equipment finance, and commercial property. The first broker relationship usually sticks.

Accountants & bookkeepers

New companies need a BAS agent and a set of books from day one. A weekly list of fresh registrations in your state is a systematic referral pipeline.

Business bankers & others

Business bank accounts, fleet management, payroll software, legal services — if you sell to businesses, new registrations are new prospects who haven't yet chosen anyone.

Why it matters

New businesses haven't chosen anyone yet. That window closes fast.

Every service a new company will ever buy starts as a first decision. The provider who reaches them first usually keeps the account.

New companies need services before they can operate

Public liability, a business bank account, accounting software — most new companies need several services in the first month, before they have any existing provider relationships. WeeklyRegs surfaces them at that moment, not after someone else already has.

First contact typically wins the account

B2B service relationships rarely get re-shopped. Businesses form a relationship with the first provider who helps them and stay. There is no repeat pitch cycle. Being fast is the entire strategy — not being cheaper or more creative.

New registrations are the entire available market

Every company that will ever exist starts as a new registration. WeeklyRegs gives you systematic, repeatable access to that moment across every state — not just when a referral happens to come in.

What arrives in your inbox every Monday

A clean CSV — every ACN-bearing company registered in your chosen state or states in the past week. No individual names, no sole traders, no structures that carry personal information.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to configure on your end.

We handle the data pipeline. You receive a file and load it into your CRM or spreadsheet.

Weekly pull from the national register

Every week we process the ABR Bulk Extract — the official register of all Australian business registrations, published by the ATO under a CC BY 3.0 AU licence and updated weekly. We process the full national dataset, not a partial scrape.

Filtered to company entities only

We keep only ACN-bearing company entities for your chosen state or states. Sole traders, trusts, and any record containing an individual name field are removed before the list is built. The output contains no personal information.

Delivered by email every Monday

A clean CSV arrives in your inbox Monday morning — company name, ACN, postcode, state, and date registered. Load it into your CRM, your dialler, or a spreadsheet. No portal to log into, no software to install.

Simple, flat monthly pricing

No setup fee. No minimum term. Your first list is free — no payment details required to receive it. Cancel any time by email.

Questions

What people ask before subscribing

Where does the data come from?

The Australian Business Register Bulk Extract — the official public register of all business registrations in Australia, maintained by the ATO and published weekly under a CC BY 3.0 AU licence. We filter, clean, and deliver it. The underlying data is public; what we provide is the filtering, structuring, and weekly delivery cadence.

Does the list include contact details for the companies?

The base list gives you company name, ACN, postcode, state, and registration date — the register does not contain email addresses or phone numbers for company entities. With the ACN you can search ASIC Connect to find the registered address and directors. Our enriched tier (coming soon) adds publicly-found websites, social pages, and contact details from web sources where available.

Is it legal to use this for outreach?

The list contains only company entities — no individual names, no personal information. The OAIC's position is that information about a business entity is not personal information under the Privacy Act 1988. For outreach, the Spam Act 2003 permits B2B cold contact where the recipient's address is conspicuously published for business purposes. You still need to include your identity, contact details, and a working unsubscribe in any commercial message. This is general information, not legal advice — verify your obligations with your own adviser.

How often is the data updated?

The ABR Bulk Extract is published weekly by the ATO. We process it each week and deliver your list the same Monday morning. Companies typically appear within a few days of their registration date.
